For Tennessee Contract Carriers, Inc., since 2010 customer service has been our key to running a successful business.  If we can’t give service, we don’t deserve your business. With this philosophy as our driving force, we will provide top of the line service and strive to be the best carrier we can be.

Our business model allows us to get our drivers home every weekend. As stated in our philosophy, family is one of the most important things to us and all of our employees. We want our drivers to be able to have a home life instead of being gone for weeks upon end. This feeling transfers to how we work with our drivers every day, and being a number is simply out of the question. We know our drivers by name and voice. We truly care about their families and lives outside of work. This contact is important to us, and we always want  everyone to feel at home with our company, and the fact that one of the two owners was a OTR driver for 25 years means management understands your issues and concerns.

Safety

For Tennessee Contract Carriers, Inc. safety is first in our book. We realize that the drivers on the roads today are faced with more danger than they ever have been in the trucking business. We are constantly thinking outside the box to figure out ways to keep safety at the forefront of everyone’s minds. Recently we were awarded the “Gold National Safety Award” by Great West Casualty company. This achievement was greatly appreciated. It was given to us for “Outstanding Achievement in Highway Traffic Safety for the Year 2018”.

History

Tennessee Contract Carriers, Inc. was officially started on August 1, 2010. Prior to that, in early 2010, Donny Kemp, a 50+ year veteran of the industry, began developing the idea to start a new over the road trucking company. Starting with only 6 trucks, we have now grown to 55 power units.
